We provide detailed results and will work with you to ensure your home is safe and free from hazardous radon levels.

Water Quality Testing
Let me test your potable water supply, especially if your property has a private well, cistern or septic system. I will check it for coliform and other harmful bacteria, which can endanger your family’s health.

Pre-Drywall Inspection
One way to ensure that a house is built according to its specifications is by performing a pre-drywall inspection. “Pre-drywall” refers to a phase during the homebuilding process just after the installation of certain elements – such as the doors, windows, foundation, flooring, wall and roof components, plumbing and electrical rough-in – and right before the drywall is hung. This in-progress or construction-phase inspection is useful because drywall can obscure some aspects of the interior and make identifying or fixing any problems both difficult and expensive, once the new home is completely finished.

Sanitary/Sewer Scope
A sewer scope inspection is used to discover and report defects that are visible in your home's sewer line. These are observed defects and deemed material by the inspector, as defined by these Standards. The scope will typically also identify the material used in your sewer line.

Indoor Air Quality Testing
Most of us spend much of our time indoors. The air that we breathe in our homes, in schools, and in offices can put us at risk for health problems. Some pollutants can be chemicals, gases, and living organisms like mold and pests. Let me inspect the air quality in your home to determine the overall health of your home.

Repair Follow Up Inspection
Repair Verification is a service offered by our Home Inspection team to verify the quality and safety of any completed repairs. We make sure that all repairs meet industry standards and that the work has been properly completed to ensure the safety of your family. Our Repair Verification service provides peace of mind that your home repairs are up to code.

Deck Inspection
Our Deck Inspection service ensures your outdoor living space is secure and safe for use. Our certified home inspectors will thoroughly examine the structure of your deck, checking for signs of rot and decay, as well as any other potential safety issues. We'll provide you with a report detailing any necessary repairs or replacements that should be made to ensure your deck is a safe and enjoyable space.

Lead Paint Testing
Lead is a toxic metal that was used for many years in products found in and around our homes. Lead may cause a range of health effects, from behavioral problems and learning disabilities, to seizures and death. It is important to get your home tested for lead paint to make sure that you and your family are safe.
